Where we ship

We currently ship pan-India, to all serviceable pincodes via our courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery timelines

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days from dispatch, additional charges apply.

Timelines can vary for remote or difficult-to-service pincodes. You'll receive a tracking number and courier name once your order ships — visible on your order history.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; a flat fee applies below that. Express shipping is charged at checkout regardless of order value.

Undelivered / RTO packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
